Xaloc is the Catalan name for the warm southeasterly wind that reaches Mallorca each summer. It’s also the name we’ve given to a collection of residences built in the towns where that wind lands.

We seek out exceptional sites in the finest coastal and marina towns along Mallorca’s southeast coast, with current developments underway in Porto Colom and Porto Petro. Each property is designed by CMV of Palma de Mallorca, an internationally recognised architecture practice with three decades of work on the island, and the properties are built using Mallorcan tradesmen and, wherever possible, local natural materials such as Santanyí stone.

The result is architecture that is contemporary in spirit yet respectful of its surroundings - finished throughout to the highest standard, with premium fittings, full air conditioning and underfloor heating, all controllable remotely for effortless comfort.
